FAQ

Q. what services do you offer?

A. We do a full spectrum of print design including logos, business cards, letterhead, and brochures, catalogs, magazines, posters, mailers/postcards, rack cards, event materials, invitations...just about anything that can be printed. We are happy to manage the printing as well, and have final pieces delivered directly to your door. If you have your own printer you prefer to work with, we can communicate with them as well, to ensure that files meet their specifications and timeline. We also design and program websites on a variety of platforms. This includes creating your site map, marketing language and of course, a beautiful, user-friendly design.

Q. are your quotes set in stone, or can you work with my budget?

A. While we offer general packages for logo design, corporate identity, brochures, etc., every client brings with them specific and unique project needs. Every quote can be tailored to fit your needs, timeline and budget.

Q. how do we get started?

A. Before beginning any design work, let's talk. A 15-minute phone consultation is a great place to start, and is typically followed by a short questionnaire to ensure that we have all of the details of who your company is and who you want it to be. From there, we view initial design drafts, make changes to those drafts, and plenty of quick, efficient communication to make project exactly what you want it to be.

Q. how do you handle changes to your initial design options?

A. Changes are a part of the process. Verbally communicating a visual concept rarely happens without some tweaks. The majority of revisions are worked in to your initial quote. Simply call or email with changes you would like to see. Then sit back and wait to see your ideas come to life.

Q. what kind of time frame can i expect?

A. Every project is different. Websites typically fall in the range of 2-3 months, and brochures in the range of 1-2 weeks. Printing schedules vary, too, as does our work-load. Let us know your needs and we will outline a timeframe before we begin, to ensure that your schedule can be accommodated.

Q. WHat does 410 Creative mean?

A. I get this one a lot. It's not my birthday! 410 comes from the Bible - the book of 1 Peter, chapter 4, verse 10, which says "Each one should use whatever gifts he has been given to serve others, faithfully administering the grace of God in its various forms." I pray that God enables me to do that daily through all of my vocations, including through this business with my daily reminder as its namesake.
